How to Use

• Place the opened nesting trays on a flat surface.
• Position the end of the scoop in one of the grooves at the base of the cocoon.
• With the scoop at a shallow angle, gently push and ease the cocoons out of the nesting grooves.
• Rinse the harvested cocoons in cold water using a metal sieve to remove any mud and mites.
• For thorough cleaning, rinse the cocoons in a bucket of water with a cap of bleach and let them sit for 5 minutes.
• Dry the cocoons thoroughly and store them in the refrigerator at 2-4°C in a humidity-controlled environment until Spring.
