3) CHAT function
This direct message system will allow us to answer your questions as if you are in the store! Test our online operators today (bottom right hand corner).
4) CALL us - 236 888 1484
We love hearing from you on the telephone for all inquiries, inventory questions, next steps in beekeeping and live bee reservations. Think of "236" as the next "604"!

We accept written messages 24 hours/day, 7 days a week! And we intend to answer them ALL within the first business day of receiving them.
6) Private and Virtual Shopping
Book a PRIVATE SHOPPING experience where you are the ONLY ONE in the store. Contact us for details!
If you're unable to get into our store but have a cell phone, have us do a VIDEO call with you and we'll walk you through the store via our camera phone! This VIRTUAL SHOPPING experience is brand new and even we don't know how well it will work. But let's give it a try!
7) CURB-SIDE Pick Up
However you choose to shop, we can bundle up your items and bring them out to you in the parking lot at 4759 Hastings Street, rear door. Shop online or call us and we'll be happy to prepare your order!
8) Delivery
BC Bee Supply proudly partners with Canada Post and a number of COURIERS to ship paid orders to its customers anywhere in BC, Yukon and beyond. All postal and carrier services have been ultra-busy lately but we hope they can come through rain, sleet and snow.
(Pricing varies based on items ordered, their weights and dimensions, and the proximity to the Lower Mainland.) We currently estimate a 2 day delivery at:
$20/box for shipments within the Lower Mainland
$30/box within BC but outside Vancouver (with depot within 100km)
Please note that the above numbers are for guidance only - shipping prices and availability has been erratic in the 2nd half of 2020. Thank you, in advance, for your patience and understanding.
9) Gift Certificates
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are a big deal at this time of year. BC Bee Supply can certainly offer pre-purchases on products, classes and services (basically anything in the store except live bees and shipping services) - see sample below. Also, for a limited time, we have "gift cards" that are valid at www.muckabout.ca too!
10) Methods of Payment
While most customers these days are paying with debit or credit cards, in-store payments with CASH are acceptable. For us, "dollars" still make "cents"!
You also have lots of choice when it comes to online payments: credit card, PayPal or eTransfers to "sales@bcbeesupply.ca".
