Lure swarms and wild bees to your bee boxes!
SwarmCatch Lures contain a pheromone, similar to that released by worker bees and is an orientation pheromone. This synthetically produced pheromone will attract swarms to unoccupied hive equipment or a swarm-catching box.
On average, swarms will occupy 50-80% of catch boxes with Swarm catch (provided there is a reasonable amount of swarming in the area).
How to use:
- Place SwarmCatch lure into a super with empty drawn comb
- Orient the bottom entrance towards the South, if possible
- Store excess lures in the freezer until use
