Due to the nature of livestock, BC Bee Supply does not offer guarantees, refunds, cancellations, exchanges or transfers on purchases of imported or local bee colonies.
We stand by our bee sources and supply excellent colonies with inspected, healthy bees with active queen bees. Results may vary as weather, beekeeping skills, food availability and environmental changes all impact honeybees and their performance.
Once this Payment for SHIPPING is received, the LIVE BEE SHIPPING Policy is in effect:
BC Bee Supply has shipped live healthy bees via Canada Post and various airlines in the past but due to certain risks with delivering bees using third parties, we cannot guarantee their survival nor will Canada Post/airlines. All costs and risks are borne by the purchaser but we remain confident that you will be pleased with the bees.
And a friendly reminder, please note that all live bee purchases are considered livestock and carry a "no refund, no cancellation" policy.
