Apivar for Varroa Mite Control

Apivar is the only Amitraz-based apiary product that treats successive generations of Varroa mites, reducing the mite population in the hive by up to 99% in one application.

The active ingredient, Amitraz, is delivered continuously over time as bees walk on the surface of the strip and distribute it throughout the colony. 

How to use:
- Insert 2 strips into each brood chamber
- Treat all colonies within the same yard at the same time
- Leave strips in for 40 days
- Observe bottom board for affected mites and determine efficacy
