Hive top feeder for 10 frame hive

Plastic feeder sits above the bees so that the brood chamber is not disturbed while checking feed levels. 

Floor is angled to the center of the feeder

The bees enter the feeder from the bottom and climb down ridges on either side. Once through the holes, they access liquid or solid feed before returning to the box below.

This feeder provides the beekeeper with an easy way to assess the food levels and refill, if necessary.

How to use:
Place feeder on top of the frames and surround the feeder with either a medium super or a 3 1/2" spacer.

For Liquid Feed:
Use the two guards to prevent drowning.

For Dry or Winter Feeding:
Simply fill with sugar cake, fondant or loose sugar.
